1.. Which mattresses are compatible?

The following collections are currently compatible with the Moments Motion Bed:

• Latex World Fresh Collection

We are also working on introducing compatible pocketed spring mattress options.

2. Do I need to purchase a bed frame?

A bed frame is optional. The Moments Motion Bed can be placed directly on the floor and used without a bed frame.

3. Can I use my existing bed frame?

Our bed frames are specially designed for the Moments Motion Bed. Since the adjustable base and mattress are heavier than a standard bed setup, they require a reinforced support panel, especially for storage bed frames.

If your existing bed frame is sturdy enough to support the combined weight, it may be compatible. However, we recommend using a dedicated Moments Motion Bed frame for optimal support and performance.

4. Can I use just a headboard?

Yes. You can purchase only a headboard and secure the adjustable base using our Headboard Brackets (sold separately).

Please note:

Not all headboards are compatible with adjustable beds.
The headboard must be able to attach securely to the adjustable base or be wall-mounted.

5. What bed frame options are available?

The Moments Motion Bed is compatible with the following bed frame options:

• Frame Divan
• Standard Divan
• Box Divan
• Drawer Bed
• Storage Bed

6. What is the height of the adjustable bed? Can it be customised?

The Moments Motion Bed comes with 9-inch legs as standard.

Bed base thickness: approximately 3.5 inches
Total height with standard legs: 12.5 inches (32 cm)

The legs are stackable and can be configured to:

• 6 inches
• 9 inches (standard)
• 12 inches

Additional leg sets are available for purchase separately.

Please note: The bed base itself cannot be customised.

7. Can I use my existing mattress with the adjustable bed?

While most mattresses can physically be placed on an adjustable base, not all are designed to flex repeatedly.

Older or incompatible mattresses may:

• Struggle to conform to adjustable positions
• Fail to remain securely positioned when raised
• Experience reduced comfort or durability

For the best performance, we recommend using a mattress specifically designed for adjustable beds.

8. How is your 10-year limited warranty?

2-Year Full Warranty

Your Moments Motion Bed includes a 2-year full replacement warranty covering parts, labour and transportation if the motors fail during the first two years from the original purchase date.

Years 3–5 Limited Warranty

From years 3 to 5, any defective parts found on the adjustable base will be replaced for the original purchaser.

Customer responsibilities include:

• Installation
• Service charges
• Transportation costs
• Freight for replacement parts

Years 6–10 Pro-Rated Warranty

From years 6 to 10, defective adjustable base parts are covered under a pro-rated warranty.

The purchaser pays 1/5 of the replacement cost for each year after Year 5.

Example:

• Year 6 – 20%
• Year 7 – 40%
• Year 8 – 60%
• Year 9 – 80%
• Year 10 – 100%
