How long is the delivery?

If the stock is available, the delivery takes 4-7 working days.

Do you help to dispose my old matttress?

Yes, our delivery guys will help you to dispose of your old mattress. It will be brought back at our own factory and dispose properly at the designated area. In this way, you won’t have to worry about any complaints if the old mattress found around your area. Best of all, it's free of charge for you.

How long it takes to deliver if there’s no stock?

If no stocks, we need to indent upon your order. The new stock should arrive between 2 to 3 weeks.

Can you refund the mattress?

No, we’re unable to refund a used mattress because of hygiene purposes. But, we do 1 to 1 exchange if the new mattress is found to be defective upon delivery. Hence, please kindly inspect the new mattress when it first reaches your house.

Can you refund pillow, bolster or bedding accessories?

No, we’re unable to refund a used product. Pillow, bolster and bedding accessories are considered highly personal items that need to meet the highest hygiene standards. But, we do 1 to 1 exchange only if the new product is found to be defective upon delivery.

Is there any free trial?

No, we don’t offer a free trial for use to your house.

How do I track my orders?
