After using the pillow for 4 days, its cooling effect is negligible. The pillow is soft but since its height is less (11 cm) its support is really less.
If you are looking for a cooling pillow, this is not the model for you. Unfortunately they dont have a return policy, else I would have returned it on Day 1

We could have emphasized more that it works great for a stomach sleeper (face down) because it helps his/her neck remain in a neutral position.
